Initially doing the deal for the car over 2hrs was taken up just sitting around mainly whilst the salesman was flitting between me and the business manager.

Booked a service online for my son's car...all correspondence from Lloyds regarding my old BMW I no longer have. My son called to explain the service was for his car, admin said paperwork was changed. Still my old car details on arrival for service

Very good service was provided by staff and I was treated fairly when advised of a delay due to BMW staff error when fitting 2 new tyres. In total I had to wait just over 2 hours and the charge was kindly waived which was more than I was expecting
