I think the bad news of the car failing its MOT at a huge cost could have been delivered a little more compassionately. The quote was literally put under our noses with a 'its going to fail' comment. Felt some emotion wouldn't go amiss.

Not the friendliest of receptions. The traffic was really bad, so we were approx 25 mins late, which I explained to the service clerk , who said 'it's ok, I just want it to get it booked in as the mechanics are stood waiting for it'.

Bought car and windscreen jets very poor flow and blocked after 5 months, cost over £133 to fix at Lloyds Blackpool. Lloyds Colne refused to cover costs, not happy with customer service, obviously car not checked on pre delivery / pick up.

Makeup left in vehicle after service. Driver's side alloy dust cap removed and not put back on. Was told to have a track rod end replaced + full KDS wheel alignment. However no faults at all, so no idea what sort of upsell this was.
